There's brand new music with a new video from FLO titled "Caught Up." Exciting!
The London-based R&B trio wants to make it very clear to any potential lovers that there will be no shady business going on around here. The message this time around is to not get caught up in any questionable mess. Okkurrr!
“Caught Up” is produced by Pop Wansel, MNEK, and Jay Versace, and the music video is directed by Ganna Bogdan.
I really like the song. It's catchy and has that effortless, nonchalant attitude that only R&B girls can pull off. It's very reminiscent of Monica. Their individual and very specific tones are as crisp and clear as ever, which ultimately becomes the cherry on top. Having said that, I am not feeling the music video. It comes off as such a throwaway visual. I almost wish the music video was released much later so people can get into the song without the added disappointment. I mean, how is this music video any different from "Summertime"?
I'm just going to pretend that this is a buzz single and that the next release will be epic AF. But man, “Caught Up” is so so good!
